Hi, everyone! Thank you for visiting Tasty Food Project! My name is Polly and I am a healthy living blogger and self-proclaimed chef. I realized the importance of health and fitness when I started working in healthcare six years ago in the beautiful city of Seattle. My experience working in healthcare motivated me to start reading and doing my own personal research on living a healthy life. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, cooking, and trying new things.
I decided to create this blog because of my love for food and it is also an outlet for me to express myself creatively. I like to experiment and throw together ingredients that I have and make a tasty meal out of it. Every new kitchen experiment is like a new project, hence the name Tasty Food Project. I try to create recipes that are clean and healthy but every now and then I like to indulge and treat myself.
