Hi, friends! I am hoping your week is going pretty well! Last night we had fish tacos for dinner! We had a fish taco station set on our dining table and made our own tacos. I devoured about three of them and enjoyed them so much! I even created a new creamy sauce for the first time, which my husband loved! I’m debating whether I should post a fish taco recipe on here or not
Despite being busy, I’ve been trying to stay active as much as I can. I love how I live in walking distance from my gym, yoga studio, post office, etc. I hardly use my car anymore, which is a good thing since gas is so expensive! Here I am wearing my Reebok ONE Cushion, which are the comfiest shoes I have ever owned! I’ve worn them the last few times I went to the gym and love how they are so light weight. I will probably write a more in-depth review about them in a future post.
I have been hoarding a lot of fruit lately and I’ve been trying to think of different ways to use them before they spoil. The easiest way for me to use them is to throw them in a smoothie but sometimes I like eating the whole fruit. That’s why I decided to whip up this simple tropical fruit salad!
Tropical Fruit Salad
1 cup chopped strawberries
3/4 cup chopped mango
1 chopped kiwi
1 tablespoon juice of orange
2 tablespoons honey
- Mix strawberries, mango, and kiwi in a bowl.
- Add juice of orange and honey.
- Mix together well and serve!
